CMYK Label Printing
Process color label printing separates images into four different color values: cyan, magenta, yellow and black. This process, known as CMYK printing, can reproduce photos and thousands of colors in the spectrum.
LabelTec prints screens of each process color in very fine resolutions so that the eye does not see dots. Because of this, our CMYK printing gives the illusion of vibrant and continuous color throughout the entirety of the label design. We use this process on our flexographic press, as well as our digital press.
Our fine line screens ensure that every single detail of your design will be captured and reproduced. We strive to make your labels exactly as you order.
Although most colors can be reproduced with CMYK printing, we can also add extended gamut colors or Pantone colors to our process. This ensures we can provide our customers with even bolder, vibrant and more accurate color printing when necessary. We don’t believe in settling here at LabelTec, and we will do whatever it takes to get your labels looking just the way you want them.
In addition to our ability to print the whole gamut of colors, we also offer several different materials. Pairing our CMYK printing with a durable film-based material is a great choice for labels that need to be waterproof. We also offer metalized materials for when you really want your colors to stand out and make a bold brand statement. Whatever your vision, we can make it happen.
We are committed to making your label perfect, and while CMYK printing can handle most colors and jobs, we are happy to add more colors if it is necessary. Your product is important, and we want nothing more than for you to be satisfied with your packaging. We guarantee you’ll love your labels.
